Sibolga is located on the West coast of North Sumatra, as far as 344 km from Medan City, by road to the South. The city is located on the Gulf coast Tapian Nauli facing towards sea Indies. Geographically located between 1:42 to 1:46 and LU 98.44 - 98.48 BT. Form aft of the City of North to South following the coastline, where the east consists of mountains, sea and in the West. - North: Central Tapanuli
- East: Central Tapanuli
- Southern: Tapanuli Central
- Western: Samudera Indonesia
Sibolga is in the area of tropical Equator. Diapit between mountains and ocean Indies, the maximum temperature is around 32 C and minimum about 22 C. With a rainfall average of 4842.9 mm per year. The humidity average of 82.67%, wind speed and average 6.16 m / sec.
